The folks at Southern Agriculture are the best! We contacted them from New Hampshire recently when the only food our cat eats was on back order from our regular supplier. They were very sympathetic and immediately sent us a case of the food that was much in demand.

My cat Tabitha is 19 years old and has suffered from kidney disease at least half her life. Until I found the Royal Canin Renal Support E, there was not a "prescription" food for her condition she would consistently eat. I was using other brands' low phosphorus foods to sustain her, but among other things the protein levels were too high and consequently she had frequent bouts of high levels of waste in her blood to the point of suffering health crises...the last, in February, was really bad and I thought she might be at the end of her journey in life. But she is tough, and has an iron will to live. It was during that time I first tried feeding her the Royal Canin E (after trying a couple other brands' kidney foods and seeing her refuse them after initially eating a time or two), and she liked it from the start and hasn't had any bad flareups since. In addition, she has no teeth due to stomatitis and this food is one of the more "pate" like of the kidney foods, so that helps. I also should note I mince it up in order to stir in a little warmed water to make it even easier for her to lap. I know everyone's situation is different, and other cats may not like it, but my experience is that this is a life-improving (if not also life-extending) food that's very palatable and easy for older cats (especially those without teeth) to eat...

This will be my second review, if you will, for your company. Please make sure that the people I mention hear about the comments that I will make. I first called and spoke with Kathy to see if you had the product in stock and how I might go about ordering. Kathy was very kind and helpful. I could tell that she cared about my situation. She eased my stress right away as I hadn't been able to find where I could get the Royal Canin E formula can food for cats. My old kitty, Tobey, has renal failure and liver issues and would only eat the Royal Canin food. It was essential for me to get it for him as his days are numbered. To order this food I needed a prescription from my vet and my vet needed a license from your company assuring them that you were authorized to sell it. That's when I met Chance (thru phone and e-mail). Once again, I received excellent care from him (very kind and considerate) and in no time at all my order was on its way. In no time I received an e-mail from Maggie with information regarding my shipment. Everything was done on a timely basis and I received my cat food before I ran out of what I had at home. And may I add that the packing job done on my orders has been some of the best packing I have seen. I sell electrical parts and I have seen some bad packing jobs. If three of the employees that I have dealt with have been kind, considerate and quick at doing their respective jobs then I can only assume that all of your employees hold the same standard. As I say about the company I work for, anyone can sell electrical parts but how does the customer feel when he (she) is here and how do they feel when they walk away. I believe that it is that feeling they have that will make them return or not. So thank you, not only from me but from Tobey as well and keep up the good work.

Your staff was so helpful and kind. I was so stressed out as my sick kitty Tobey will only eat the Royal Canin E formula for cats and I could not get it locally. I live in Kauai and only one veterinary clinic stocks that food. They were out of stock and didn't know when their order would come in. The Royal Canin company gave me your number to see if you had stock on hand and, thankfully, you did. There were three of your employees that assisted me through the process. I spoke to Chance and Kathy and e-mailed with Maggie (they were all so understanding and willing to help). Their kindness and caring dissolved the huge amount of stress I was feeling. My Tobey is in renal failure as you can guess but is also having issues with his liver. He has lost a lot of weight and I can not imagine not being able to provide him with food that he wants to eat while he still has his appetite. So, again, thank you, or Mahalo as is said in Hawaii. Please let your staff know how much their sincere efforts mean. They are customer service at it's best!!!

I can always count on Southern Agriculture for my cat's prescription food! Ordering is easy & shipping is prompt! I must emphasize, too, that the cans of cat food are so carefully packed! No dented and/ or leaking cans from damage during shipping! I am so impressed with how well Southern Agriculture cushions the cans by using bubble wrap and packing paper! I have purchased my cat's prescription food from them for a couple of years now, and I am very, very pleased with their service!

Our fussy eater who needs renal support likes the Royal Canin canned options, especially the loaf cat food, but we need to switch her up frequently or she will stop eating it. good prices..but would love to shipping dropped jsut alittle..chewy ships same amount for 5.00 dollars.and sometimes stuff is cheaper to ship by checking ups or fedx..becasue i would be needing to buy this food every 2 weeks..but love it thanks.
